Aqualane Shores is a study in Olde Naples charm. Reflecting tradition and beauty, this neighborhood offers waterfront living, privacy and a preferred lifestyle. With approximately 300 acres, Aqualane Shores is made up of several cul-de-sac streets allowing for minimal traffic and ensuring privacy. Much of the land in Aqualane Shores is bordered by canals, permitting residents direct access by boat to Naples Bay, the Gulf of Mexico and the 10,000 Islands.
The homes in this area range in size from smaller two-bedroom houses to estate-sized residences along Naples Bay. All have the advantage of being close to the beach and the Olde Naples shopping area. Aqualane Shores is truly a waterfront sanctuary, offering its residents the best of a Florida lifestyle.
Moorings/Coquina Sands - The True Ambiance of Naples
Beauty and a quality lifestyle perhaps best describe The Moorings and Coquina Sands. Neatly manicured lawns and gently winding streets combine to make these neighborhoods appealing places to live.
Occupying a central Naples location, The Moorings is one of the finest residential communities in the city. Properties here are primarily made up of single-family homes and condominiums with some commercial property fronting the Tamiami Trail. The development encompasses several sections where properties with panoramic water views are located directly on Moorings Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
The developer set aside 500 feet on the Gulf of Mexico private beachfront park for the exclusive use of Moorings residents. The Moorings Country Club offers residents a well-appointed clubhouse with excellent dining facilities and an 18-hole executive golf course.
Situated immediately south of The Moorings is Coquina Sands. Some of the first development North of the Naples Beach Club Hotel golf course was done in this neighborhood. There are lovely homes here, some of which enjoy the special benefits of a golf course view. Like The Moorings, Coquina Sands has waterfront areas where homes and condominiums are located on Moorings Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.
Coquina Sands is notable for its mature landscaping and charming neighborhood character and particularly, like The Moorings, for its close proximity to shopping, schools, churches and the beach.
Both of these neighborhoods represent the true ambiance of Naples.

In the heart of the city of Naples, snug against the Gulf of Mexico, lies an area known as Olde Naples. A unique and historically important area, Olde Naples radiates outward North, East and South form the Naples Pier. The 1000 foot long pier is enjoyed by sightseeing tourists, strolling locals and fishermen alike. Watching the sun set from the pier is a Naples tradition.
Quite a few structures in Olde Naples date from the early days of the community's existence. They include a charming mix of frame fishermen's cottages and larger winter residences of prominent citizens. Many houses date from the era before 1960 and a wide variety of architecture styles and construction can be found along the avenues and streets.
Parks, churches, the famed Third Street and Fifth Avenue shopping areas, and of course, the beach, are all within an easy walk or bike ride from anywhere in Olde Naples. Ride down one of the famous "alleys" and you can get a real feel for the "Old Florida" lifestyle that continues in the neighborhood.
If you want to get away from the cookie-cutter environment found elsewhere, try friendly, laid-back Olde Naples. Its charm and personality have survived the rapid growth of the surrounding area and an active and earnest effort at renovation and preservation ensures the community's character and appeal will be retained.
